What a fantastic day we had yesterday! We were so lucky that it was nice and cool in the venue, and we were blessed with a group of really lovely people who attended. The energy was amazing and everyone floated home at the end. Here are a few pics of the day.

What a wonderful evening we had last night at the Colchester Rugby club! We were asked if we would like to be part of the Wellness sessions that Colchester Rugby Club are offering their community. Of course we jumped at the chance and last night held our first guided meditation and sound bath, as well as giving 1 to 1 Reiki healing taster sessions. The energy of the room was wonderful, we had such a lovely group of people. Thank you for coming along and making it so special, and a big shout out to Colchester Rugby Club! How amazing that they are supporting their community it such a practical, productive way!
