❤️ A TRIBUTE TO THE HEART HORSE ❤️
Something magical happens when you fall in love with a horse. It feels as though, suddenly, a piece of your soul exists outside of your body. This horse becomes a part of you, indefinitely tied together. A "heart horse" they call it.
Heart horses are sent to us to provide us with the comfort of unconditional love, the lessons of patience, and the feeling of connection and deep gratitude. You feel like the luckiest human in the world to be graced with such a wonderful gift. Your horse feels the same.

For as long as your heart horse is in their physical body, many of your actions will be dictated by what serves their best interest. You'll be hiking across a 3-acre field with 2 feet of snow to get to the one tree he's standing under to insure he's warm enough. You'll get out of bed at 2AM to go outside and check on him because you "have a feeling" you need to look. Others in your life will question your sanity, but you'll never question your own for one second. Because he is yours, and you are his.
The lessons he teaches you will often test your patience and your bravery. He’ll put things before you that ask you to look at parts of yourself you prefer to keep hidden from the world. But without fail, every time, he’ll love you even when you struggle to love yourself. He’ll stand behind you no matter what you’re facing so that you two can face it together. It’s an unspoken bond that transcends all other things. It’s something that only exists between horses and humans, this mystical partnership that defies all logic.
And when the day comes that your heart horse must leave his body, you’ll give him the gift of unconditional love. And he will feel like the luckiest horse in the world to be graced with such a wonderful gift. For a while, you’ll feel his absence everywhere. You’ll worry a piece of your soul will never return to your body. You’ll search desperately for his presence, terrified that you’ll never feel that connection again.

But in time, as the grief begins to settle, you’ll start to see and feel him in the most beautiful ways. And you’ll realize that he never really left. Because your heart horse lives within your heart and all around you. He’ll suddenly be closer than he ever was. He’ll stand behind you no matter what you’re facing so that you two can face it together. Because it’s an unspoken bond that transcends all other things. And this thing that exists between humans and horses? It’s a mystical partnership that defies all logic.

Something magical happens when you fall in love with a horse. And once you do, you’ll never go back to the way you were before. 😍🐴😍

🥰
All my sessions are catered to the individual horse. I don't set a time and I don't clock watch. I'm there for your horse for the time they need me on that day.
I spent 2hours and 15mins with Emily and her lovely owner Julie today. In that time I wrote an iridology report, discussed feed, herbs, hooves and ways to make a track in the yard area to promote movement.
I started the bodywork session with the Bladder meridian technique as I felt thats what Emily needed from me before I started a craniosacral session. It was a beautiful and relaxing session. I'm looking forward to seeing how this healing journey with Emily progresses ❤️
Once again the universe stepped in. The recommendation came from a builder friend who happened to do some work for Julie last week, he mentioned me and my work and Julie contacted me. Emily has been struggling with laminitis, and has been on quite a journey trying to get her sound. I believe we are now on the right path to healing ✨️ 🙏 ♥️

Herb Focus: Boswellia Serrata

Aka Frankincense, Boswellia has been used as ceremonial incense and as a medicine since time immemorial. Boswellia is a gum resin taken from the tree sap, which contains 5-10% essential oils, where the lovely aroma and all the phytochemical power lies.

Boswellia is an important herb in Ayerverdic medicine, documented in Charaka's Charaka Samhita (c.B.C. 700). Traditionally used for arthritis, diarrhoea, dysentery, ringworm, boils, fevers (antipyretic), skin and blood diseases, cardiovascular diseases, mouth sores, bad throat, bronchitis, asthma, cough, vaginal discharges, hair-loss, jaundice, hemorrhoids, syphilitic diseases, irregular me**es, stimulation of liver, with diaphoretic, astringent, diuretic properties and acts both as internal and external stimulants too.

Pharmacological actions that have been observed via more modern scientific examination include; antiarthritic, antiinflammatory, antihyperlipidemic (controls blood lipids), antiatherosclerotic (anticoronary plaque), analgesic (pain-reliever) and hepatoprotective (protects the liver).

This magical antiinflammatory herb is superior to non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) however, because NSAIDs are known to disrupt glycosaminoglycan synthesis, thus accelerating articular damage in arthritic conditions, whereas Boswellic acids have been shown to significantly reduce glycosaminoglycan degradation and thus support healing of articular damage, as well as providing pain relief. A real super herb 🌿

Available in several of our blends, such as Echo's CushTy, Sultan's Ulsa-Off and Dulci's Smooth Moves, and as a straight herb in 1kg bags.

Iridology is so helpful for giving answers to so many unanswered questions and I love being part of your journey to whole horse health.

I was called out to the horse (eye pictured below) for a first visit Iridology and bodywork. Lucky I was as this horse needed urgent veterinary attention.
What you can see as a slight haze and blood vessel is actually a small cataract, caught early so it's treatable without vision loss. Thankfully it wasn't something worse but you can never be too careful!
There were no outward signs that anything was going on with the eye so the owner would never had known.
So what was just an owner being curious about what I do turned into saving her horses future vision 🥰

I was about to write a different post tonight but this was such a lovely review I thought I would share this instead 🥰

✨️If you have been thinking about booking me in take this post as a sign to reach out now.✨️

A lady yesterday was thinking about contacting me, so the universe sent her a sign... Me!
In I waltzed into her work place (an opticians) and now I need glasses to drive 😒
So unless you work for majestic wine or Cadburys, please just take this post as your sign 😉😂

Craniosacral therapy focuses on restoring balance throughout the whole body. This allows the horse to reconnect with its own natural process of unwinding and release of what needs to go.
Unwinding/releases can be seen as licking and chewing, yawning, sighing, a shake, rolling etc

Note to self: when stepping back to observe said horse having a roll mid session always be aware of where the water bucket is.... soggy feet really isn't that comfortable 🤦‍♀️
