The Colchester half marathon 🏃 is taking place this Sunday 8th March, during the morning there will be rolling road closures in place - some of which may affect the roads leading to the clinic. There are roads available to park down within walk in distance but please plan your journeys to your appointment.

Hello Week 19 👋🏽

Baby now measures up to 17cm from head to toe & weighs almost 9oz which is about the size of a mango! 🥭 Hair, finger & toenails are forming - even their unique little finger prints 🥹 Mummy-to-be may also start to feel flutters at this stage (although this does vary) and for some, heartburn may have begun to make an appearance.

Women’s bodies are just incredible 🥰

Welcome to 30 Weeks ✨

The third trimester is here & only around 10 weeks (give or take a week or two) until your little bundle of joy arrives! At 30 weeks your baby is about the size of a cabbage 🥬 and is still laying down their fat supplies as well as loosing the fine hair (lanugo) covering their skin.

This is also a fantastic time for a 4D Scan (swipe to see 👉🏼) 🤩

Your baby is developing rapidly and is about the size of a kiwi. 🥝 You’re officially in the second trimester too (and hopefully feeling abit more energetic!) Eyelids are now forming, but remain closed and baby will be kicking, stretching and punching - though you likely won’t feel these movements just yet.

Growing a baby is no small thing, you’re doing beautifully Mama 💕
