come to your house. This is a seated massage performed over light clothing, involving massage of the neck and shoulders/upper back, head and scalp, and the face. All you need is somewhere quiet. I provide the chair, towels and ambiance. I am trained in Infection Prevention and Control and will take all the necessary precautions against COVID-19. There are no oils involved unless you would like them. Oils, such as coconut oil are nourishing for the hair and scalp and can aid relaxation. We can incorporate them into the massage if you wish. Who can have a massage? Most people can have a massage treatment. If you have a serious medical condition, you may need permission from your GP beforehand. Ahead of your first appointment you will have a consultation where we discuss any current medical conditions to see if you are suitable for this type of massage.
