I specialise in Holistic and Ayurvadic practices, believing that self care and self discovery through natural methods is the beginning steps to a healthier and happier life. Massage can not only release tension held in the body and clear toxins but also bring about a clarity in the mind and this is what drives my dedication to massage therapy.
