Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of movement, sound and vibrational energy healing.
We’ll begin with gentle Qi Gong with Zoe Smith, including soft standing movements and shaking to help release tension, ground your energy and prepare the body to receive.
This will be followed by a Gong & Sound Healing journey with Colin Tofts of Mala Yoga & Sound Bath, allowing you to rest, soften and be immersed in healing frequencies.
Please bring your comfortable mat, bolster, pillows and blankets so you can fully relax and enjoy this soothing evening of sound and stillness.
