We were privileged to share space with over 150 people during two Shamanic Gong Bathes at Into The Wild Festival, two full houses and people laying outside feeling the vibrations.

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of movement, breath and sound with Zoe from Silver Spiral and Colin from Mala Yoga & Sound Bath ✨

🌀 We’ll begin with gentle Qigong breathwork to calm the mind and open the body, then surrender into the immersive healing vibrations of the Gong Bath – a powerful sound journey designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension and restore balance.
