It’s been a bit of a process with everything else going on but finally my website is live!!

I’d be super grateful if you could share my link on your socials. Even though I’m based in Essex I mainly mediate via video calls!

If you have any friends/family/associates who are currently going through a relationship/marriage break-up please send them my way!

I’ve been there. I understand how they feel and I can guide them through the process without the need for long and drawn out court hearings!

The simplest exam SATS stress tips ever
Number 5 is the best!

It’s SATS week for lots of 10/11 year olds.

Here are some simple quick ways to help:

1. Be calm whether your child says things went well or badly, or they are worried before; stay calm.
2. Build fun into the week. Our instinct is to plan a treat or fun into the weekend or the day exams finish, but this can add to pressure. Instead just build some stuff to look forward to across the week.
3. Use the power of visualisation. Talk about how it feels to feel calm. Where possible interrupt negative conversations.
4. Teach a simple breathing technique Breath in for 4 …..hold for 6…..breath out for 7.
5. The best for last, give them a very cold drink to take into the exam. Taking a sip of a very cold drink. Handling a cold bottle. Getting cold is like water on the flames of anxiety.

Finally, remember it will be over soon and there is so many great things in store for them regardless of how this week goes.
