Tight thigh muscles can pull on your kneecap, affect alignment, and make movement less comfortable.

A simple quad stretch can help:
✅ Relieve tension
✅ Improve alignment
✅ Keep your knees happy and moving well 🙌

Try these quad stretches:
▶ Standing quad stretch (holding ankle behind you)
▶ Lying face-down quad stretch
▶ Low lunge with back leg bent (couch stretch)
