Unfortunately my client has had to reschedule last minute due to a hold up on the A12, I am making the most of the spare time and the treatment set up. Catching up on a bit of college work with the forearm, wrist and hand pain module. The heated mat and fur collar are essential for concentration of course 😉

Can you spot me!?

An amazing 4 days of emmersive learning with the incredible Jing Acadamy in Brighton.

This module involved techniques for lower back , neck and shoulder girdle pain using the Jing method which i have already been learning using the online platform.

The Jing method is a comprehensive evidence based massage protocol that draws east and west together with clinical massage, energy techniques, heat, stretching, myofascial release, accupressure, muscle energy techniques to name a few.

I have definitely found my place here and am so at home learning this incredible method from inspiring tutors as well as connecting with kindred spirts whom love body work as much as me!

I shall continue to keep sharing these techniques with you in the treatment room and updates of my journey here.

This year has seen many changes for my massage and reflexology practice. Completing level 5 soft tissue therapy in March, introducing heat to treatments for deeper and more effective outcomes with the addition of hotstones in November and am currently in full swing of advanced clinical massage training in Brighton with my first residential training in January... I love my work with a passion but ultimately I wouldn't have a viable business or the drive to succeed without my amazing and fabulous clients supporting me. I look forward to seeing each and every one of you and consider myself very fortunate to have such a lovely bunch of humans that want to have treatments with me. We shall continue the laughs the chats the tears the silence and the life experiences we share together in the comfort and confidence of the treatment room in 2026.

Class of 2025 Hotstone Fusion with Jing , Thanks giving and certificate ceremony. (Can you spot mine!)

Hotstones have been in full flow in the treatment room and i have to say , I am LOVING the enhancement.

Trigger point work with stones- simply awesome, deeper gentler work with an analgesic effect from the heat.

Warming muscles to prepare for stretch - amazing feedback from clients -

Warming the body- promoting relaxation and stress release, just heaven.

To add stones to your 60 minute treatment until the end of Jan will be an additional £5.00 as an introductory offer.l,
after this time it will be an additional £10.00

To clarify

An hour treatment incorporating hotstones will be £60.00 , until the end of January then it will become £65.00.

Still super reasonable and a beautiful way to enhance the effects of your treatment.

Day 3 completed and I have absolutely LOVED it as much as days 1 and 2!

Today we have spent recapping our hot stone 'dance' and refining these amazing new advanced techniques- I am a huge fan of the 'tidal wave' and am soooo looking forward to sharing it with you.

We have been combining the luxury work with remedial hot and cold contrast bathing, muscle stripping and trigger point therapy all carried out using the stones. The use of the stone's enhances rhe effects of pain relief, muscle tension, softening fascia and getting into those pesky trigger points 'knots' with heat to increase more range in movement.

I am absolutely in love with the hotstones and am pleasantly suprised how connected and amazing they feel not only to receive but to give aswell.

The picture is of my stones basking in light of the last full supermoon in preparation for their first use.

My Santa hat is now on as the first Christmas voucher is on it's way!
(I wish i was this organised with Christmas going to happen!😅)

For all of you early birds, the advantage of buying from an independent business is the care and consideration. I date all of my Christmas vouchers 1 year from Christmas day so your family member or friend will still have a whole year to redeem their gift even though you're well ahead ordering in October..impressive!

A mini break away in the countryside. Just us and the elements, a lovely little reset before the school holidays commense. An empty campsite and time to unwind.

There are still some appointments available throughout the holidays if you would like your own little reset with reflexology or massage treatments. Choose from combined treatments such as facial massage, neck shoulders and reflexology finish or full treatments of either massage or reflexology varying from 60 minutes to 1hr 45mins. You can even pick and choose the favourite parts of your treatments, I am always keen to try different combinations and am happy to listen to your ideas 💡
