Are you a recently diagnosed neurodivergent superhuman? Or a business that REALLY wants to offer an inclusive experience for your neurodivergent employees-vs a tick the box - miss the human - experience?

For anyone who’s worked with me, you’ll know that if you’re able to go the private route, SENsational Minds is always my chosen referral team. Not only are they an amazing NICE guidelines approved assessment team, their commitment to leaving a supportive mark on the community comes with pure genuineness.

And they’ve gone and smashed it again. With this FREE online training !! With no hidden agenda just pure support 💛

For so many the road to a ADHD or Autism diagnosis is long, invalidating and even painful. The feeling of finding your answers and validation through diagnosis can be life changing! BUT what then? The road to learning how to advocate for yourself with this new understanding is a whole new journey on its own. Not only in your personal life but equally important, your working environment.

This isn’t a sponsored post- but a pure recommendation for all that would like to understand more to empower yourself or your employees ( who secretly have such superpowers… if you lean in, you may discover something pretty awesome) 🙌

We are really excited to be delivering this FREE Lunch & Learn session with because post-diagnostic support should never end with children and families. Neurodiversity doesn’t just shape experiences at school or home, it permeates into every part of life, including the workplace.

Too often, the conversation around autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences stops at diagnosis. But the real difference happens when employers and colleagues make small, meaningful changes that empower neurodivergent people to thrive.
This session is designed to:

✅ Challenge myths and spark new ways of thinking
✅ Share practical, simple strategies that make big differences
✅ Help you build workplaces where every brain feels included and valued

Small changes create big impact. When businesses embrace neurodiversity, they don’t just support their staff, they unlock creativity, innovation and wellbeing across their teams.

📅 Date: Monday 17th November

I couldn’t recommend SENsational Minds more. If you are an individual or a parent of a child in search of a ADHD, Autism and now … with their new chapter of their book launching, a dyslexia assessment- they are the gold star people to contact.

I’ve had the experience of working with many organisations across the Uk. What is different about SENsational Minds?

In a world where people and families are on their knees, crawling through each day with what feels like no light in sight, the professional and thorough service the entire team offers is like a soothing Aloe Vera to the deepest wounds.

You are not a number. You are not a person being assessed. You or your child and their family or carers, are at the centre of the entire process. Held from the first point of contact till the worlds most thorough report is delivered to you. With nothing but care and validation. At SENsational minds they listen to understand. Such a simple yet rare ray of light.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

And for the first time in what feels like forever, they offer people a sense of hope.

Pop on over to their page to see their exciting news about to launch today! Or to find out more about their services.

🌈 Micro-Judgements Matter

This morning, coffee in hand, I watched an interview with a woman sharing her truth — openly, joyfully, unapologetically.

But what hit me wasn’t just her story… it was the presenter’s reaction.
A flicker of discomfort.
A comment — “She’s a lot for this time of the morning.”
Probably harmless to most, but the energy said plenty.

💔 These are the micro-judgements people feel every day — especially those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, but quite frankly this could be anyone just living their truth.
Unspoken messages that quietly say: you’re too much.

Research shows a child with ADHD receives tens of thousands more pieces of negative feedback each year than a neurotypical child — just for being themselves.

And we wonder why so many struggle to feel seen.

This is why therapists do what we do — to help people shine so brightly that the world’s micro-judgements can’t dim their light. ✨

💛 Your truth deserves space.

Micro-Judgements and the Messages We Send This morning, while downing my coffee and watching the news, I caught an interview with a well-known public figure — bright, inspiring, full of life. What if we took our inner child out for the day?

What if we spoke to them the way we speak to our own children — with patience, encouragement, and love?

What if, instead of being hard on ourselves for every mistake, we said,
“It’s okay, you’re learning.”

What if we celebrated our small wins the way we cheer for our kids when they learn something new?

What if we let that inner child rest when they’re tired, laugh when they’re silly, and cry when they’re sad — without judgment?

And what if we gave ourselves permission to live our dreams — the same way we push and support our children to chase theirs?

Maybe healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves at all.
Maybe it’s about re-parenting the parts of us that never got the gentleness, freedom, and belief they deserved. 💛

Are you a bucket dipper or a bucket filler 🪺 🪹 🧐

Inspired by the children’s book “Have You Filled a Bucket Today?” by Carol McCloud, I was reminded how simple — yet life-changing — acts of kindness can be

(Link to book -. https://amzn.to/46LbWhS )

Each of us carries an invisible bucket: our emotional well being. Every day, we can choose to dip from someone’s bucket… or fill it instead.

And here’s the magic — when we fill someone else’s bucket, we fill our own too.
