AI doesn’t always get it right… in this picture it shows all the ‘nerve’ or reflexology points in completely different locations to where they actually are.

Please don’t use AI to ask you to guide you with reflexology because you won’t be guided correctly. Please ask a real, qualified and experienced reflexologist. (And luckily for you, I have routines on my reflexologymummy website for things like sleep and supporting little tummies) that take all the guesswork out for you.



And I know there are sceptics who say that it’s all a load of rubbish anyway, but the millions of people who have had reflexology would likely beg to differ (and research that shows the results).
