There’s a difference between someone who facilitates a space…
and someone who knows how to truly hold one.
Chris is the latter.
With decades of experience in shamanic drum work, her practice isn’t something she’s recently stepped into — it’s something she’s lived, refined, and deepened over years of working closely with people and the subtle dynamics of group space.
Her approach is grounded, steady, and deeply attentive.
Not performative. Not forced.
The drum, in her hands, becomes more than sound —
it becomes rhythm that draws you inward,
a steady pulse that quiets the surface and allows something more honest to emerge.
What stands out about Chris is not just her experience, but the care and integrity in how she brings people together.
There’s a sensitivity to the room, to individuals, to what’s needed — without ever pushing or over-directing.
This is the kind of practitioner we’re intentional about welcoming into the Dhamma Centre.
People who carry depth in their work, and who understand that these spaces are not to be taken lightly.
We’ll be sharing dates for upcoming shamanic drumming circles soon.
Before that, we’ll be announcing something special to mark the seasonal turning — our upcoming Beltane gathering.
For now, we’re simply glad to introduce Chris to the community.
