I offer 1-1 and sessions that are 1 hour long. Enjoy deep relaxation, aura cleansing, emotional and physical rebalancing as the high frequencies of the crystals and Reiki energy interact with the energy field of your being. Also, healing intentions, positive visualisations and directive positive thought is channelled into the body to clear out any negative energy- bringing the mind, body and spirit back to a state of peace.
Crystals give off a high vibrational energy field that doesn't shift or alter due to the atomic structure of the crystal and how it is formed. Human energy fields can shift, change and alter due to our thoughts, feelings and experiences etc and sometimes need help being brought back into alignment and allow us to heal on all levels.
