We had such fun today during our sports session with Rise Life - Essex. Residents made up two competing teams and took on multiple challenges to decide who were the winners. There was a lot of laughter and dancing along the way too.

This morning we've been cooking around the home: chocolate, peanut butter and jam pastries as well as pizza wheels. It smells amazing and is sure to taste just as good!

A morning of cooking, we spent some time baking chocolate wheels and biscoff spread pastries. They are DELICIOUS 😋

A bus trip today to The Barn Garden centre, Residents enjoyed a hot drink, a slice of cake and a peruse around the centre.

Starting off the new year right!
Yesterday was Fitness Friday, a couple of our ladies headed off for a brisk morning walk whilst another group within the home started the day with a fitness class. There was plenty of laughter, proving keeping fit can be fun.
