Being first aid trained isn't just for professionals, it’s for anyone who wants to feel more confident and capable in those unexpected moments of crisis. Parents, carers, therapists, yoga teachers, space holders, friends, neighbours... anyone.
This certified First Aid training offers a calm, supportive day of learning essential, practical skills, no pressure, no jargon, just useful knowledge you can carry with you for life.

You’ll learn how to:
✔️ Respond effectively in medical emergencies
✔️ Perform CPR and use a defibrillator
✔️ Help someone who’s choking
✔️ Bandage wounds and treat burns
✔️ Stay calm and assess the situation
✔️ Look after yourself and others until help arrives

It’s a powerful thing, to know what to do when it matters most.

📅 Two Dates: Fri 10th Oct & Sun 23 Nov 9:30am - 4:30pm
💷 Emergency First Aid at Work (6 hour) £100 – includes manual + certification
Renewal every 3 years - yearly online refreshers
