How can we help you?
You’ll always receive a one-to-one personal assessment first. This helps us create a programme that’s individually shaped to your needs. Then, our advanced, qualified instructors can arrange regular sessions. They use carefully selected and specialist equipment, designed to help you get the most from your exercise and movement programme.
We also offer group sessions.
We run regular sessions in care homes for the elderly, disability day centres and residential community homes for the disabled. We can conduct risk assessments for these as needed – please ask us for details.
About us...
Brinkley Physical Therapy was set up by Matt Brinkley, a former support worker for people with learning disabilities. After working as a physical trainer, he was approached by a client who had been involved in a car accident. Paralysed from the chest down, he had been turned away by many fitness coaches. Matt created an ongoing exercise programme just for him – and since then has made it his mission to make fitness accessible to all.
Today, our team of bubbly, expert personal trainers enthusiastically deliver therapy-based sessions for dozens of happy clients.
