With so many new followers I thought it was time for an updated introduction!

There are new providers popping up most weeks so if you are looking for ear wax removal, do your homework:

Are the qualified?
Are they insured?
Are they registered with the correct bodies?

Are they getting great reviews and recommendations?

My name is Carole. I am an experienced clinician specialising in Ear Wax Removal (EWR).

In almost 5 years in this role I have successfully treated thousands of ears ensuring that, where possible, patients leave hearing and feeling better.

I made decision a couple of years ago to de-register from the nursing register as registered nurses were being made to get CQC approval before practising EWR. As the government themselves declared that CQC were not fit for purpose this seemed a laughable situation.

While I’m no longer a registered nurse I bring with me over 20 years nursing experience, am fully insured and hold an advanced DBS certification. Thanks to my experience and qualifications I am able to treat children from the age of 2, and there is no upper age limit for treatment.

I am a member of BHSAA and on the register of approved practitioners with the newly formed AHCS, ensuring I hold the right experience and qualifications to practice safely.

I have over 110 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Google reviews, in addition to 50 plus FB reviews. I am proud to be the recommended provider for many local GP practices and several high street audiology services.

Doctors will often tell people to wait for an infection to settle before seeking wax removal, however, this goes against the NICE guidelines that they should be following.

Many people ask me if their wax is the worst or biggest I’ve ever seen, but after many 1000s of wax extractions it takes a lot to impress me. 😂🥴😂

The average ear canal is only approximately 2.3cm long from drum to entrance, so both me and the patient were surprised to find these beasts!😳😱🤦🏼‍♀️
