Due to popular demand, we are now going to be back open from Friday 2nd January 2026!! We will be back to usual service. Appointments will be available from Monday through Friday, with early morning and late into the evening sessions still available!!

We are pleased to announce that from the week beginning the 13th October Louise will be offering Lymphatic Drainage Massage at Highwoods Health Clinic. She will also be doing a special offer until the end of October:-

£20 instead of £25 for a 30 minute treatment

or

£35 instead of £45 for a 60 minute treatment

Lymphatic massage is useful for boosting the immune system, helping ward off illnesses, toxins and waste, and improving feelings of general health and vitality. It can also help to reduce puffiness or swelling caused by water retention, poor circulation and help with injuries such as fractures and sprains.

This technique can also be used for oncology massage, which Louise has also trained in, for use in people who are undergoing treatment or are in recovery of cancer. (Please note that medical clearance would need to be given from their doctor to have this treatment).

Don’t forget that we also offer treatments for injuries, sports massages, dry needling/medical acupuncture, deep tissue massages and hot stones!

Wow!! Where does the time go!? Today is our 9th year anniversary at the clinic 🍾

Beware of the Dinosaurs 🦖!!!
That’s right, one of Baxter’s Dinosaurs mysteriously turned up in the plant pot outside the clinic 🤣 - not 100% sure when he managed to “plant” this, but be on the lookout for more!! You just don’t know where one of these or a Hotwheels car may end up 🤦🏻🤣
