Back in 2015 during an operation on my upper back, something went wrong during the procedure. As a result of this I was in hospital for several weeks and lost the ability to eat, drink and even swallow for myself. During this dark period in my life I turned to the skills that I had learnt from being a Hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner to get me through and to become a stronger person. Thankfully, I fully healed from the surgery but still had episodes of anxiety and PTSD from that time I spent in hospital. Again, being able to use the self-hypnosis techniques I had learned a few years before really helped me deal with these issues and I am passionate about the results Hypnotherapy achieves.
