What a great awards night at Prestige Awards, where I won 'Best Holistic Clinic of the Year for 2025/6'. It's great to see my passion and hard work be acknowledged. I started my Reiki journey in 2003, where I learnt Reiki for my own personal development. To think I started Reiki to learn more about myself and to win awards for it is just incredible. Reiki has really transformed my life, where I have changed going from shy and quiet at school to now public speaking about my passion of wellbeing and mental health - teaching people to have more peace in their lives.
Thank you to all my followers, that have supported me and cheered me on. It really means a lot to me. Much love and Reiki blessings to all ❤

I am on my way to Norfolk to deliver my hypnotic Reiki workshop at Buddhafields East festival- very exciting!! 🙌
I will be basing it on their theme on the ‘Sangha as a mumuration’. In Buddhist terms, Sanga means community.
A murmuration is when starlings move together in the sky, flowing in perfect harmony—each bird responding to the rhythms and energy of the flock.
In the same way, during this Reiki journey I’ll guide us to move together as one, allowing the energy of the sangha to flow in harmony ✨❤️

Hello Reiki Chia , I was really touched when I found out I got shortlisted for 2 categories by the Female Business Awards. One of the categories is ‘Networker of the Year’ and it really made me reflect on the networker ninja in me!
I really encourage networking, as I have seen the collaborations and connections it brings over the years working in industry and corporate. One piece of wisdom I often share - especially with young people, our future leaders - is to master the art of networking.
In the last few years of my business Reiki Chia, I have started to practice what I preach by getting out there and networking - even to events I don't know anyone. I once got invited to a networking event by someone I knew on LinkedIn (never met him in person), and in the end, he couldn't make it, but I still went anyway.
Just the last year, I have built many great friendships - you know who you are! - and collaborations just through networking. And, one connection can lead to many more connections and miracles! That's actually how I manifested my therapy rooms in London!
So, wherever you are in life - get networking! There's always a group and community for whatever you are into ❤

So, if you'd like to learn Reiki - to heal yourself, your friends, family and event pets, this really is an amazing course! I have been teaching it for about 15 years now. It's really great to help you get out of negative thought patterns, speak out more, heal broken hearts/ trauma and is life changing! I will also teach you how not to get drained from negative people and toxic situations/ relationships.

I first heard of reiki when I was 15 years old. I was going through my GCSEs and felt I needed something to help me relax. Back then, there was no such thing as ‘anxiety’ and anything ‘alternative’ was just ‘weird’! My school friend’s mother did reiki and I was open to trying it. I did not understand what reiki was back then and all I remember was lying on a couch, listening to sounds of whales and wondering why my friend’s mum was hovering and waving her hands up and down over me.
Fast forward nearly a decade on, I was backpacking round-the-world and met an American guy called David in one of the most magical places, Koh Pha-Ngan, Thailand (see photo) - this was when it was not so popular with the tourists. David was learning reiki and asked me if I wanted to be a guinea pig. It was a wow moment - all I felt was heat travelling up and down my body getting hotter and hotter. I felt something unlock in my stomach area, which I now know is the ‘solar plexus’ - where we hold our emotions. The heat carried on for about an hour, and it was only then I realised, David had left me there 40 minutes earlier to go chat with others. I only opened my eyes because I could hear his voice in the distance.

When I returned to London, I looked up reiki and started my reiki training with a famous palm reader from Camden. In 2010, an opportunity arose for me to do my reiki master course. Everyone that experiences reiki will always tell you what opportunities follow once they do reiki.
In my reiki masters course, I had another extraordinary experience. Suddenly, I could see everything clearer - my vision had miraculously improved - like I could see the finer details of everything. It was so powerful. My Reiki lineage goes back to Mikao Usui (the founder of the traditional reiki method) which still blows my mind!
Along my journey, I have met with and been taught by the most inspiring, lovely and wise teachers. As well as a reiki master teacher, I am a certified hypnotherapist and angel card reader. I have studied at the College of Psychic Studies to develop my intuition and reguarly practice meditations. I am also a Business Studies graduate with a digital marketing diploma and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
