I help people move from feeling stuck or disconnected to clarity, confidence, and purposeful action, so they can create a life that actually feels aligned, grounded and meaningful. Embark on your healing journey to heal and recover from the jumbled fear in your head, feel the pain and anxiety begin to lift whilst you move forwards to get your dreams.

People see “life coach” and think motivation quotes and vision boards.

What they don’t see…

I’m evidence based. Trauma informed. Straight talking.
No fluff. No hype. Just real change.

But I’m also a dad.
An animal lover with a bulldog called Bella and two loud little lovebirds.
A bloke who switches off by throwing clay on a wheel and getting his hands messy.

Because growth isn’t just theory.
It’s lived.

You don’t need someone to cheer you on from the sidelines.
You need someone who understands responsibility, pressure, and what it takes to recalibrate when life gets heavy.

You think you know me.

You don’t.

If you’re ready to do the work properly, message me “RESET”.

Let’s build something solid.

Life coaching for people who know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start.
Clarity over chaos. Direction over overwhelm. Progress that actually sticks.

I offer remote sessions and face-to-face coaching in Stanway.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, focused, and in control again, let’s talk.

Men are often praised for being strong, reliable, and steady.
What we do not talk about enough is how heavy that expectation can be.

Many men are coping quietly.
They keep going, keep providing, keep showing up.
They do not always have the language or the permission to say, “I am not okay.”

Mental health does not always look like crisis.
Sometimes it looks like withdrawal.
Irritability.
Silence.
Exhaustion disguised as “I’m fine.”

Check on your men.
Not with a joke.
Not with “you’ll be alright.”
But with real curiosity and space to answer honestly.

And if you are a man reading this
You do not have to carry it alone.
Strength includes asking for support.

Hard truths from the therapist’s chair

Not everything that heals will feel comfortable, sometimes growth sounds like:
“Maybe it’s not them, it’s your boundaries.”
“Maybe you’re not stuck… you’re scared.”
“Maybe peace is what it feels like when chaos stops.”

It’s not always warm tea and soft lighting, sometimes it’s the mirror you’ve been avoiding. But that’s where freedom starts. 🌿

🧠 Mental wellness check this Sunday morning: when’s the last time you actually recharged your own batteries?

We plug in our phones religiously but run ourselves flat like it’s some sort of sport 🙃

Truth is, looking after your mind isn’t self-indulgent, it’s survival.
Whether it’s therapy, coaching, a walk, or just saying “no” without guilt… it all counts.

You don’t have to wait for the breakdown to start the rebuild.
Start small. Start now. Start with kindness. 💚🧡

Have a great day everyone and what ever your plans, make it count.

As always, with warmth and purpose,
Adam
