Last month, our FREE Natural Health Empowerment talk covered the Dosha's, and how to work out your Dosha. It was a packed and really valuable session.
This month we will work out which foods may help bring our Dosha's back into balance.
We will be looking at the 6 tastes and the effect these tastes have on our Dosha's. We will also be looking at the foods these tastes relate to, and ultimately list some foods that will support or aggravate our balance, depending upon which Dosha(s) we are.
