Dear Team,

I would like to share a huge note of appreciation for our Clacton carer Sarah Finch . Today, Sarah's quick thinking and decisive action helped save the life of a client's husband.

We received a call expressing deep gratitude for Sarah's support after she noticed the gentleman was in distress and struggling to breathe. Thanks to her prompt response, three ambulances attended the scene, and he is now safely receiving treatment from the NHS.
Please join me in thanking Sarah for her exceptional care and professionalism. Love and best wishes goes out to Mr and Mrs O
