Still going strong with my 100 miles in May for Prostrate Cancer Research averaging just over 3 miles a day, looking to build more miles towards the end of the month. The good thing with setting this challenge is as an overthinker and a bit OCD i don’t want to let the charity down and fail so this keep me pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Stuff like going to the gym on my own a year ago would have been a no go, but now i can. Look for small challenges each day whether that just be have a shower or brush your hair, little by little become big leaps. and because isn’t one size firs all xx

Day 3 is a small number due to coach travel to Isle of Wight for my nephews rugby festival. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit healthier. The main is to remember small steps add up to big numbers.
