I offer One Session Therapy, a 90-minute session designed to help you focus on one specific, clear area. You can talk things through, make sense of what you're experiencing and leave with more clarity and direction.

It's a calm, supportive space with no pressure to continue afterwards.

This is a great option if you're feeling overwhelmed, are stuck on a decision, want to understand your thoughts and feelings or you just want someone to talk to.

What is therapy anyway?

You might have considered counselling before, but not really known if it's for you or not.

There are many misconceptions out there of what it is and what it isn't.

No, we aren't here to just listen and send you off on your way.

No, we can't advise you, because what might work for us might not work for you.

No, we won't fix you, because youre not broken and because you have all the answers inside you, you just can't see them yet.

But yes, we will listen, we won't judge and we will be with you through every step of your process, the good, the bad and the uncomfortable.
