Some great feedback from our January pilates and physio four week course.
Our next one is starting on Monday 2nd March with .yoga.
If you have done pilates before but want to know you are working correctly and engaging your core or new to pilates entirely, this is a great place to start. We had experienced and inexperienced pilates students on the last course.
