Wishing our friends here a very Merry Yuletime, here Yan and I are in Blythburgh Suffolk, enjoying cold nippy very muddy walks, old churches wide open skies n hot toddys ...as you can see the river Blyth was an exceptionally high tide, breaking over the river banks.

The Holy Trinity Church also has the name Catherderal of the Marshes. It's really beautiful..🌙⚘️ this time of year.

I am on holiday now from sharing yoga classes... back in January 2025.

Wishing all my wonderful students and friends here on living Joy Yoga a very Merry Yuletime, a big heart-felt thank you to you for coming to the classes I offer. Our friendly yoga community has been growing over the last 12 years, long may it contuine ⚘️ I am now enjoying a couple of weeks holidays with my family.
