Huge Well Done to the lovely Charlotte who has just lost half a stone (7lbs) on her first week on plan 🙌🏻
She’s been committed from day 1 and she’s so so pleased with her weigh-in this morning as am I!

My lovely new clinet took her children to the cinema last night and whilst the temptations of sweets, popcorns, chocolates and many more treats are everywhere she took her delicious Chocolate Orange bar to ensure she stayed on plan! Chopped up perfectly to feel like a treat too 😋 feeling very proud of this moment as it’s so difficult to just give in but willpower and determination is clearly being shown and I can’t wait for her first weigh in Monday 🙌🏻

From Step 2 and above eggs are a great food item to incorporate into your diet. They contain relatively few calories, but they're packed with proteins, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and various trace nutrients.

The high protein makes you feel more full and eating eggs, especially for breakfast, may just be what makes or breaks you staying on plan if you are staying away in a hotel.

So this mornings weigh in takes my total loss to 10lbs 🙌🏻 I’m almost at my first target 🎯

With Christmas round the corner I know this will change a little but it’s about how quickly you get your head back in the game and stay focused.

I’m not throwing all my hard work away but I’m also going to enjoy Christmas 🎄
