I shook the winter off and said “hello spring” with some reflexology today. 🩷
It’s still hands down my most favourite treatment and I feel so amazing afterwards.
I saw lots of purple which is the crown chakra. It’s a powerful energy centre crucial to spiritual growth and development. Located at the top of the head, this chakra is our connection to our higher self and the divine. When activated and balanced, the purple chakra can enhance our overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Safe to say I’m feeling pretty zen ✨✨✨✨

So cute to find a little rhinestone stuck to my little one’s big toe at the start of her reflexology session this evening. 💎
Most of the time she spent laughing her head off, unlike her big sister who went straight into deep relaxation. 🫶🏼

My little business anniversary was actually last month but I’ve been so busy knee deep in feet, I missed marking the occasion!
