Wowwww what a month! 🪄

Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who invites me and trusts me to bring nourishment to their retreat spaces, it’s always such a joy! 🫶🏻

I’ve been back to back in the kitchen throughout October and it continues through to the end of November! 💫

December and January are all about finishing up the recipe book you’ve all long been waiting for (launch date coming super soon!) 👀

has been with me in the kitchen, capturing some of the final images for the book! 😍 I'm so excited to bring all the threads together, it's been a whole 9 years of nourish!! 🥹

This weekend you can find me at the women drummers, makers and players annual convention! I’ve been a busy bee cooking up an absolute feast for your guys! 🐝

🤍 Summer… Part Two 🤍

Sometimes you only realise how much you’ve done when you look back and reflect! 🪞

It’s been such an awesome summer in so many ways, but it’s not been without its challenges too! 🌀

1. Received some of my precious sound healing instruments and started crafting magic to share - I’m holding my first sound bath on retreat next weekend! 😍
2. Reading festival: the absolute joy of seeing Mark Hoppus backstage and getting to see one of my fav bands live again! 🤩
3. S’mores and camping fun in Wales (Wales deserves its own post tbh)! 😌
4. Pecan and maple buns on the beach .cymru 🫶🏻
5. Cooked up delicious reception canapés and celebrated these 2 legends getting married! 💍
6. Started receiving beautiful gifts for the lovely souls joining me for Nourish and Play retreat next weekend! 💆🏼‍♀️
7. Henrhyd Falls waterfall magic 🪄
8. My favourite of them all - the fairy realm heart chakra bowl (tuned to the magical 528hz) from the angel which is .singing.bowls 🧚🏼‍♂️
9. Road snacks and the most insane vegan pastries from on our travels back from Wales 🤤
10. Mushrooms for days in the Welsh forests 🍄

I’ve gotta admit, I’m SO excited and ready for cosy season! 🫶🏻🍂🎃 Gonna kick it off with an epic retreat over the Autumn Equinox next weekend! Let’s relive the s’mores photo guys! I’m gonna order in the supplies! 🪵🔥🍪

🌞 Summer… Part One 🌞

Hello friends! I’ve been fairly quiet on here over summer! Life has been pretty full! And it can feel like an ongoing challenge to find my flow and love for Instagram! 🤍

However, it’s a desire and intention of mine to nurture this space more… to use this platform creatively to connect with you guys and share inspiration and joy! 🫶🏻

Holding that vision and welcoming new ways of working in this world! ✨

6. Recipe book progress, which is honestly so close now… I’m going to share the release date this month! This has been a huge initiation into a new level of discipline and juggling life! 🙈
