A client reports, after the very first session of CranioSacral Therapy ( www.cranioeast.co.uk) that : she feels much calmer, not tense or panicky, just loose. I often tell new clients that the first session is very much a 'meet and greet' between my hands, the Cranial touch and their system, the second session is where the body just stills and recognises safe space. So yo feel this effect is very positive for the future.
