What A Holiday

As mine and holiday in Lake Como Italy comes to and end 😔 I have to say it has been the most perfect and much needed holiday as its our first in a few years due to our work, taking

The last 6 years with has had its ups and downs like every relationship but I honestly wouldn't change it for the world and it has made me such a better person for it.

Some of you already know but for those who don't, yesterday I got on 1 knee on a private boat in the middle of Lake Como, and asked the love of my life to marry me and she said........YES.

I couldn't be more happy if I tried and can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her showing her how much I really love her.

What a time we had in the LOVE capital.

They say time makes the heart grow fonder, and I couldn't agree more as me and Sarah have been together just over 5.5 years and my love for this woman as a girlfriend and mother grows more and more with each day that passes.

Just a small snippet of photos here of my beautiful Queen with a beautiful smile on her face from start to finish. I'm so happy for all the memories that we have made and continue to make as we are just getting started.

We quickly realised a number of things in the industry that we didn't quite agree with.

So we decided to build a business to support others on their journey. We built our business around the ethos of putting the clients health and needs first before anything else.

Using our combined 10+ years in the industry we have managed to build a VERY successful nutrition business in Essex where us and our team have multiple show wins, top 5 placings, PRO card and over 100+ incredible client transformations which grow by the day.

We believe in not only developing people's physiques but also their mental well-being and educating them on better choices to enable them to continue on their journey on their own.

There is no prouder moment than when a client leaves having achieved more than they felt was possible.
