We are experiencing issues with our card machine this morning which means that we are only able to accept payments in cash for the time being. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Our phone lines are still experiencing problems and we have not been able to receive any phone calls this morning. For anything urgent please come to the pharmacy and our staff will be on hand to help you as best they can.

Good evening to our lovely customers.

We apologise for the issues that many of you are having getting through to us on the phone which have occurred over the last few days. We understand that this is frustrating for yourselves as well as us, and we assure you that we are trying to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Our pharmacist has now arrived and so we can now give out prescriptions and sell medicines. Thank you for your patience this morning.

Due to the traffic issues in Colchester this morning our pharmacist has not been able to make it in yet this morning and so we are not able to hand out prescriptions or sell medicines. As soon as the pharmacist arrives and our usual activities are able to resume we will let you know.

The issue with our card machine provider seems to have been resolved and we are now able to take card payments again. Thank you all for your patience today.

Due to a problem with our card machine provider we are still not able to take card payments this afternoon and will only be able to accept cash. As soon as the issue is resolved we will update and let you all know. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

If you are or know anyone that is 75+ or severely immunosuppressed, please book your covid jab with us either via the NHS site or calling us for any assistance needed to book.

We have a clinic tomorrow morning 22/04 between 9am and 1pm for walk-in or appointments
