A bit about me..
When I was 20 I fell pregnant with my 1st born, during that pregnancy, cheese was my best friend along with heartburn. The only thing I found to ease that was full fat milk, as you can imagine I ended up gaining a massive 8 stone* and after her birth my weight would yo-yo.
Baby number two didn’t really cause me to put on much weight during pregnancy but it soon piled on after.
My weight continued to yo-yo for another year or so until I suddenly lost my partner, becoming a single mum of two over night and going through the pain of losing the man I loved caused the weight to fall off and I was finally at the lowest weight I’d been for years but was still classed as overweight.
Years later I met my now husband and although I love him to bits the fact that he’s American and a chef wasn’t great for my waistline and I ended up gaining all of my weight back but then I did the ultimate thing and has two more children within two years.
When I first started the CWP on the 21st of May 2018 I weighed 22 stone 7 pounds and I was so unhappy, I had four children and a great husband but I wasn’t able to enjoy them.
I hated what I’d done to myself.
I knew I wanted to start The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan as I’d heard so many good things about it so I made that call and I’ve never looked back.
I’ve lost over 8 stone* so far. I am so so happy with my progress and my journey
I would like to lose till I’m at goal so I will continue with my CWP journey while hopefully helping others to do the same
