**FREE** taster Yoga class throughout February
You are invited to come a try one of my Vinyasa yoga classes on a Monday at Prested Hall 9.30-10.30am for **FREE** in February.

Our class starts with a moment of mindfulness to help settle our minds, letting go of any to do lists or worries, ready to focus on the class. There is then a short breathing exercise to help our minds and bodies to relax.
Each week our class is themed e.g. twists, back bends, deep stretch. Vinyasa Yoga is comprised of a flowing sequence of postures moving between standing and the floor. There is the option for hands on adjustments to help you obtain a better alignment.
Towards the end of our class there will be some stretches to prepare the body to relax as we enter a short meditation. This maybe a guided visualisation story or a listening meditation of our surroundings.
This class will strengthen your muscles and will improve your flexibility, mobility and posture. It will allow your mind to take time out and you will leave feeling relaxed and re-energised.
This is a mixed ability class and is set to gentle music.
There will be no chanting in this class or spiritual aspect.
