Carers Week 2025: Putting Carers on the Map 💜

At My Life Choice, we’re proud to celebrate Carers Week 2025, a national campaign to recognise the incredible contributions of unpaid carers across the UK 👥

This year’s theme 'Putting Carers on the Map' highlights the need to better support and recognise the millions of people who care for family or loved ones every day, often without pay, training, or even being identified as a carer at all.

💚 Many of the individuals we support at My Life Choice have unpaid carers in their lives: mums, dads, siblings, partners, who are vital to the person’s journey and wellbeing.

🩵 We also see firsthand how some unpaid carers go on to become exceptional professional support workers, bringing compassion, resilience, and lived experience to the teams they join.

This week, and every week, we say thank you. To every carer: You are seen. You are valued. You are making a difference 👏🌟
