Good luck to Anna and Al who are running the Valencia half marathon this weekend. They recently came in to the clinic following running the Cardiff half and the Berlin half. They are aiming at six half marathons and just have Copenhagen, Prague and Lisbon to go. Great that we have been able to help you stay fit!
