Sarah Varela learnt Reiki Jin Kei Do in 1998, set up a practice in Colchester in 2003 and became a Reiki Master in 2006. She currently teaches at The Trinity Natural Health Centre in Colchester town centre. Reiki Jin Kei Do includes the teachings of Buddhist healing monks and is a spiritual lineage emphasising the practice of Reiki with meditation to really sense the flow of energy and open the heart with compassion. As well as a healing method, Reiki can become a way of life. Our Story

Sarah Varela learnt Reiki Jin Kei Do in 1998, set up The Reiki Room in Colchester in 2003 and became a Reiki Master in 2006. Since 2014, she has been co-hosting day and weekend retreats to help restore balance, wellness, harmony and flow in your life. In 2016 she fell in love with and trained in Nia - barefoot dance classes with feel good factor.
