Daisy First Aid Colchester provides emergency life saving first aid classes for parents and carers.
As parents we would do anything to protect our children from harm.

Daisy First Aid Colchester passionately believe that every parent should possess paediatric first aid knowledge to help protect their children and potentially save their life.
Daisy First Aid Colchester provides affordable group and individual training classes either in the comfort of your own home for a minimum of 4 people or in designated venues in Colchester and the surrounding area.
We can also provide our training classes via Zoom conference calling which is easy to set up and enables remote training in the safety of your own environment.
In addition to this we provide Daisy Bronze classes for children.
The 2 hour parent and carer class content includes, CPR, recovery position, choking, head injuries, meningitis, burns, bleeding, poisons, fractures, anaphylaxis and febrile seizures.
Daisy First Aid is a registered provider who ensure all their trainers have up to date information, they are quality assured and insured.
The trainers and course content have gone through our approved Daisy First Aid Training Centre and approval process to ensure standards.
Daisy First Aid complies with the high standards set by the Resuscitation Council UK, HSE, St John's Ambulance, Red Cross and St Andrew's First Aid.

🏡 Don’t tidy up too much. Just kick the Lego and mushed up biscuits under the sofa. If your house is a disgrace, that’ll just make all the other m**s feel better 😬
🏡 You know those couple of lovely mums at your antenatal class or playgroup that you want to hang out with, but you don’t want them to think you’re a weird stalker? Invite them. There’ll be no awkward silences because you’ll all be learning first aid! Then when the trainer goes home, you can get on to really important topics, like last night’s telly.
🏡 Invite your sister, who you want to babysit, but you wouldn’t trust her with a house plant. And your dad, who thinks he knows everything because he did a First Aid badge with the Scouts in 1968.
🏡 Put the kettle on. That’s your bit done ✅
🏡 Get your guests to bring cake. And guests - you don’t have to go all Bake Off and actually make something. Just buy some cheapo fairy cakes at the corner shop on the way, because you forgot you had to bring cakes. That’ll do 👍
🏡 Don’t worry if your toddler decides to have a complete emotional breakdown during the class. All our Daisy First Aid trainers are battle hardened parents or experienced child care professionals. We’ve been there, and we’re really not bothered 😊
🏡 Relax! First aid is the most positive thing you can learn, so we keep our classes friendly and fun. We’ve all felt overwhelmed at the idea of having to actually keep a small person alive. We will show you some really simple skills that can make all the difference for the people you love the most 💖
