💫 Reiki…a wonderful calming experience

Today I gave a wonderful Reiki treatment to my lovely client and what a lovely thing it was 😊

If you’re looking for a gentle way to relax then Reiki could be for you. It’s suitable for everyone and is the perfect way to release tension and destress! All you need to do is snuggle under a blanket in my cosy candle lit room while listening to some calming music..I’ll do the rest

A little bit about me...

Welcome to Perfect Balance. My name is Claire and I have been working as a Complementary therapist since the beginning of 2018. I previously worked in nurseries and as a Childminder, looking after little people and when it was time for a career change, reflexology was an exciting choice!

I love nature and have always tried to find natural ways to heal and stay balanced. Becoming a reflexologist was a great way to continue caring for others and share my love of relaxation and the benefits it brings!

I enjoy listening to and helping others and provide a holistic approach for my clients.

I also offer Indian head massage, Reiki and facial massage and I give my treatments from a relaxing, comfortable treatment room in Stanway, Colchester.
