A little bit about me...

Welcome to Perfect Balance. My name is Claire and I have been working as a Complementary therapist since the beginning of 2018. I previously worked in nurseries and as a Childminder, looking after little people and when it was time for a career change, reflexology was an exciting choice!

I love nature and have always tried to find natural ways to heal and stay balanced. Becoming a reflexologist was a great way to continue caring for others and share my love of relaxation and the benefits it brings!

I enjoy listening to and helping others and provide a holistic approach for my clients.

I also offer Indian head massage, Reiki and facial massage and I give my treatments from a relaxing, comfortable treatment room in Stanway, Colchester.
