Hello All! 🤍

Apologies for the radio silence (I know a few have checked in on me!) But I wanted to introduce you to little Lucas - we are both doing great and enjoying much needed family time navigating the newborn era again 😂

Louie is absolutely besotted - as many of you know this was my biggest worry about how he was going to adapt - but he has been the most perfect big brother and I am feeling super lucky!🥹🫶

I am really embracing not being on my phone (I can’t lie but it has been lovely) 😂 I am getting back to messages when I can but please bare with me on response times!

I hope you are all doing really well and enjoying the sunshine - factor 50s please - remember you will thank me later 😂🥵

I will keep you all updated with my maternity and return to work plans later this month!

I don’t think many of us can say we haven’t had a lovely spring this year ☀️

I am sure you will all miss me rambling about how important wearing your SPF is so please remember - hair and skin deserve protection too — not just pampering and SPF isn’t just a summer thing — it’s an every day, all-year essential.

You will thank me in years to come 🤍

Hello All! 🫶

I am having a Tuesday off of treatments (yes believe it or not I am finally listening to your advice and slowing down a bit (ish) 🤭 I am back in the salon later in the week for my last few appointments before we await our little mans arrival 🤍

What is my Tuesday looking like? Well my admin list is currently as long as my arms, I promise I am getting back to everyone today - please give me a little nudge if your waiting! 🙏🏻

My website has been slightly neglected! (One of my many behind the scenes jobs!) So I will be spending a little time updating that - some pages will not be accessible until I finish, so bare with!

We also have a bunch of new and exciting treatments which i will be introducing when I come back! I know so many of you are going to be obsessed… Any guesses? 🤭I will be getting all descriptions and everything written and sorted for the launch!

Finally I’m going to give the Salon a nice deep clean- in full nesting stage!

This is the plan, but let’s face it..
(I may also just sit down, watch some trash TV and eat some chocolate and enjoy some peace and quiet)🤫

I’m Helen (hence the brand name) and I have been running my business for 7 years now!

Some little facts about me ↓

I have a degree in Spa Management with Hospitality - 1st Class Hons 🎓

I have been trained for 15 years - previously worked in some incredible high end spas and salons in Essex and Australia! 🐨

I love to travel, so I cannot wait to hear all about your trips and plans 🌏

I have an amazing 2 year old - Louie!

If I HAD to choose my favourite treatments are LVL, Facials and Massages!

I am always on a training day, I can’t help it 🤭 - continuous knowledge is key and I love incorporating new techniques into my treatments!

Why do I love my job? Seeing my customer leave my studio feeling their most confident, uplifted selves - self love/care is so important 😊

My studio is a complete safe place - if you need to offload, please do!

I have designed the ambience of the treatment room to promote a peaceful and calming environment no matter the treatment and I really hope this comes across! 🫶
