Yep that’s me, your 5ft personal trainer checking in from upside down land 🤸‍♂️ Where confidence is high… and balance is, well questionable 😂

Yes, I fall
Yes, I wobble
Yes, the wall knows me on a first-name basis now

But here’s the part people don’t see:
I don’t stop showing up just because I look stupid learning a new skill

If you only train what you’re already good at,
congrats, you’re maintaining, not leveling up!

Staying focused beats waiting for motivation.
Staying consistent beats making excuses.
Goals don’t get smashed by “one day” energy, they get smashed by “again today” energy

So yeah, I’m still grinding handstands.
Still failing forward, Still getting better while looking ridiculous

If your trainer can eat floor and keep going,
you can chase your goals and stop playing small 💪

Just your average 5” personal trainer at the outdoor calisthenics park and staring up at the pull-up bar like it’s in a completely different post code

Who approved this height? The NBA?
My tall clients:
Reach up. That’s it. That’s the workout.

Me you may ask, well I have to generate enough power to briefly exit the Earth’s atmosphere 🚀

There’s no box
No step 
No emotional support equipment 😭

Just me, gravity and a bar that’s never known struggle

Attempt 1:
Cute little hop
Miss 
Pretend I was just checking the texture of the air.

Attempt 2:
Aggressive jump
Catch it for 0.3 seconds
Slide off like a dramatic soap opera exit

At this point I stop jumping and fully commit to jungle mode, I grab the pole and shimmy up like I was raised by lemurs

Meanwhile… my 4-year-old is standing there with the utter audacity…
Hands on hips
Zero life experience
Zero upper body strength

“Just do it mummy”

Oh
JUST DO IT!?

Is it just me who does anyone else be outside debating whether they have enough energy to run back home… or if the pavement is their new permanent address?

Just finished a 5K and now I’m questioning every life decision that led me here

Who hurt me?
Why do I do this voluntarily?
Why didn’t I choose a calm hobby… like knitting… or professional napping?

As a personal trainer, I confidently tell my clients, “It’s all mentality” got to live what I preach I guess 😂

If you see me jogging back looking “motivated,” just know I’m actually chasing the thought of carbs 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🍕

It’s less about how heavy I can lift… and more about how easily I can move 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

I train now so I can keep up with my son. So we can skate together, run around, laugh, fall, get back up and create memories that actually matter 🛼❤️

Strength isn’t just numbers on a barbell.
It’s mobility. Endurance. Energy.
It’s being present for the moments you don’t get back, we only live this life once
