As a trainer, one of the biggest lessons I teach is this: your journey is yours. There’s no single “right” way to train — only the method that helps you grow, stay consistent, and feel strong
Some people thrive with strength training 🏋️♂️
Others find their groove in HIIT 🔥
Some love Pilates for control and alignment ✨
Others need the mindfulness of yoga 🧘♀️
And some just want to move more through walking, biking, or sports 🚴♀️⚽
The real magic happens when you stay open to different approaches. Trying new methods helps keep training fun, challenges your body in new ways, prevents plateaus, and helps you discover what you actually enjoy
