Yes, the wall knows me on a first-name basis now
But here’s the part people don’t see:
I don’t stop showing up just because I look stupid learning a new skill
If you only train what you’re already good at,
congrats, you’re maintaining, not leveling up!
Staying focused beats waiting for motivation.
Staying consistent beats making excuses.
Goals don’t get smashed by “one day” energy, they get smashed by “again today” energy
So yeah, I’m still grinding handstands.
Still failing forward, Still getting better while looking ridiculous
If your trainer can eat floor and keep going,
you can chase your goals and stop playing small 💪
