IMPORTANT NOTICE

Unfortunately, following a recent medical diagnosis, I’ve been advised to reduce the treatments I can offer at The Great Bentley Retreat alongside reducing the hours I can work.
From 5th September 2025, I will no longer be able to offer manicures, pedicures, facials and reflexology. (Dermaplaning and standard no polish pedicures are not affected)

I’ll endeavour to contact any affected customers asap but may reach out via phone, text, email, social media, or notification via Treatwell but as you can imagine there are a lot of people to contact so apologies if I don’t get round to you all via phone calls.

I’ll continue to offer any waxing treatments so these appointments are unaffected, but I understand that if you have multiple treatments with me then you may wish to find someone else who can complete all the treatments rather than use multiple locations.

As you know, Deni at Blissful Escape and Julia at Soul Creations are in the same building and can offer appointments where possible and I know many of you have met them before or had treatments in the past.

I’ve been running The Retreat for over 14 years, so this news has come as a shock and

I’m gutted to have to make these changes, let down clients and ultimately risk not seeing faces I’ve enjoyed seeing and getting to know for so many years. Unfortunately, I must take the advice, prioritise my health and make sure that I’m able to continue at a small capacity as well as being a support to friends and family so need this extra time to rest and recover.
