CHRISTMAS NECK PAIN! Every year Kate and David see a massive increase in patients complaining of neck pain pre Christmas. Activities such as card writing, putting high decorations on the tree, present wrapping and climbing ladders to put the twinkling lights up outside can all aggravate the joints and muscles of our necks. This can lead to difficulty getting comfortable to sleep, turning you head during activities like driving and generally making the run up to Christmas more miserable then exciting. If this sounds like you please get in touch as physiotherapy can help. Combination of treatments including exercises, self help advice, manual therapy, taping and in some cases acupuncture can help alleviate Neck pain and many other painful symptoms. Please call us on 01376 571181, DM our fb page or email coggeshallphysiotherapy@gmail,com
