Your lymphatic system is immune force, produces and releases lymphocytes (white blood cells) that defend you from infection and inflammation.

Visceral fat inflammation directly compresses nearby lymph vessels—reducing drainage efficiency!

Your lymphatic system is has no heart, your lymph has no pump, it flows through movement, vacuum and breathing.

Tonsils and Adenoids, Bone Marrow, Thymus, Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT), Peyer’s Patches (intestines) Spleen, Appendix are all organs of the lymphatic system.
