🪔 DIWALI LIGHT YOGA CELEBRATION 🪔
with Heidi Marie Pascual, The Kirtan Band and 14 beautiful yogis!

Diwali is the Indian Festival of Lights. Deepavali dates back to ancient India and symbolises the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, hope over despair.

Our Festival of Lights will honoured Diwali tradition, exploring the birth story of Lakshmi. Our sadhana moved through a series of creative namaskars, arm balances, back bending asana and inversion.

After our asana practice, we will shared 🥂 an a Indian 🇮🇳 feast by Kaveri Restaurant, before joining in mandala for live music and mantra presented by The Kirtan Band. I was blown away by their authentic Indian music and musical instruments; mantra and raga, Indian ambient rhythms and musical conversations; humour and depth of knowledge.

We are hosting our annual Tropic Christmas Fayre at The Manor Health & Wellness Centre in Colchester this year 🙌 🎄

We are running 3 Workshops as part of the event:

Join in September for 2 wholesome workshops to unwind, reset and recharge your whole being! ❤️

The Temple will be a potent time to shift some energy and restore balance under the full moon in Pisces and start of the eclipse porta! ♓️ Weaving magic with kundalini global, ceremonial cacao and closing with a crystalline sound bath ✨

Yin and din is an opportunity to unwind after a busy week and be held in a restorative cocoon, a real slowing down and softening with yin yoga, followed by a nourishing vegan feast in community, with the most gorgeous group of humans! 🧘🏻‍♀️

No experience needed. These workshops are gentle and will meet you where you are ☺️

The temple is not suitable for those who are pregnant, yin and din is suitable for all ❤️

Our Story

Fiona and I have run our own successful therapy businesses in Colchester for many years. It has been our dream to open a health and wellness centre combining our expertise and to join forces with other local practitioners to offer a range of natural healthcare therapies, workshops and classes all under one roof. After lots of love, hardwork and serious amounts of passion The Manor Health and Wellness Centre was born and opens its doors on the 30th of September 2019. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our DREAM with you all,
