Keith Goodwin is a Full Healer Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and Registered Healer with the Suffolk Healers Association. I have been privileged in supporting people on their pathway to well-being and wholeness since 1997. My practice is based at Eight Ash Green, Essex CO6.

Spiritual Healing has its’ origins in the ancient world and can be very beneficial for people experiencing challenges on physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. Healing can help you manage the debilitating effects of stress when faced with increasing pressures from an often demanding world; conforming to a so called “normal” way of life and leading to unrealistic expectations of ourselves.
I feel, that many of humanity’s challenges at their very core have resulted from a disconnection from Gaia, our Earth Mother. All life is interconnected, we are all one, the same energy, just different aspects of being.
I offer a unique process of reconnecting you to the Earth’s Spiritual Energy. This is fundamental in providing an anchor to further healing work; Working with the Chakras, Human Energy Field (Aura)and leading into the following areas below.
De-Cording (Tie-Cutting)
The human experience can be challenging and traumatic from childhood into adult life, resulting in low self-esteem, co-dependency, dysfunctional relationships & debilitating patterns of behaviour; keeping you in a never ending cycle that no longer serves you. By a healing process of De-Cording (also known as Tie-Cutting), working at a deep chakra level, you will be breaking free from this “self-defeating loop” gaining personal freedom and empowerment.
Ancestral Healing
Families can be caught up in a repetitive cycle of imbalance, originating from previous generations, often at an unconscious level. This can leave an energetic imprint within the cellular structure /DNA of the physical body, which can often lead to health challenges. Ancestral Healing supports changing these debilitating patterns by reducing karmic baggage and creating a positive energy for future generations.
Healing Your Inner Child
Were your needs met when growing up? The chances are at some level they fell short for a variety of reasons, wounding your inner child. Discover your hidden potential by taking a step towards healing any emotional pain held within. In many cases, a combination Of De-Cording, Ancestral Healing and Inner Child Energy Work is necessary in supporting people to move forward in their lives.
Your Healing Experience
Each person’s experience is unique; ranging from relaxation/inner peace and deeper work where a number of sessions may be necessary. Our relationship to the animal kingdom and natural world has never been more relevant than it is now. All life is connected at a deeper level and therefore if we can help our four legged or winged brethren recover from injury or illness then everyone benefits. I have found home visits for Animal Healing are beneficial and less stressful within their familiar suroundings.
