Just some of the wonderful festive decorations made at our Dementia Cafe today.

Next month, 11th December, we will have a school choir entertaining us with carols and a Christmas raffle.

The cafe is free and open to all and runs every second Thursday of the month, 1.30pm - 3.00pm at the Shrub End Community & Sports Centre, Boadicea Way, Colchester.

We hope to see you there!

The latest UKHSA surveillance data shows influenza activity is now above baseline levels following an early start to influenza circulation in children and young adults. We anticipate that circulation will continue to increase and spread in these and in other age groups. All eligible groups should be encouraged to get vaccinated with the 2025 to 2026 seasonal influenza vaccine as soon as possible.

Please see road closures that will be affecting Tollgate the week of the 27th October. Whilst this will not impact the road that the practice is actually on; traffic will be increased. Please allow extra time for your journey if you are travelling to the Tollgate Practice.
