I have had a few therapists in the past but none like Vanessa. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her cosy room washes all your worries and stress away. Our sessions include multiple techniques which we've put into practice to help me face my anxieties. Also includes a LOT of laughter and stories from our week. I have had 4 sessions with her so far and I can't believe how far I've come. When I started, I didn't think I'd ever feel back to my normal self but after 4 hours, I'm definitely feeling like myself again and I have Vanessa to thank. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and everyone. I think everyone should have therapy at some point in their life. She makes me feel that I'm valued and that my feelings aren't silly and we can overcome them which we absolutely have. Thank you so much Vanessa 🥹❤️ xx
