Recently a resident close to our office had a medical emergency, their family member asked if anyone was first aid trained.

Melisa to the rescue!

Our Director (also a Registered Nurse) was quick to assist. We were delighted to see the local resident back on their feet when they popped into our office with a thank you gift!

A massive well done to Cherish who won Employee of the Month for April ⭐️ Cherish was observed providing outstanding emotional support for a client. Her notes are always detailed, factual and client centered, Cherish has provided excellent support to newer members of the team as well as always being flexible to help where needed. Our team love supporting our clients when they feel like going out for some fresh air. We love seeing their accidentally recorded activity on their running apps afterwards. All that exercise and fresh air whilst having fun, easy to see why the team love their jobs

We had 31 silent 999 calls in January where we were needed at the scene immediately – that’s one every single day 😮

Some of these calls were from people suffering domestic abuse, who couldn't say much but urgently needed our help to escape a desperate situation 🏠 😞

Did you know that pressing 55 after calling 999 alerts police operators that you need help but are in a situation where you can't talk?

Pressing 55 lets the 999 operator know your call is genuine, and they will try to track your location. If you can't speak, listen carefully to the questions and instructions from our call agents in the demand hub so they can assess your call and arrange help 👀📱

Congratulations to Edmund who earned the well deserved title of Employee of the Month for February!

We’ve announced this quite early in the month but with so many nominations flying in from his colleagues, we wanted to share the news at our team meeting.
